How to Modify or Cancel Your Order?

If you decide to change your purchase, please fill out this form to submit your request. Include your order number and the modification you wish to make. We will notify you once your modification or cancellation has been processed.

Your order is eligible to be canceled and modified.

After 2 hours
The order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.

Please be informed that:

  • Personalized orders enter processing immediately after completion, which may make adjustments difficult. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.
  • During the holiday season, modification requests may result in slightly longer delivery times, although this is uncommon as we strive to implement changes as quickly as possible.

*Note: By making a purchase, you agree to all the terms outlined above.

Free replacement or refund

We prioritize customer satisfaction over product returns. We believe that a REPLACEMENT or REFUND is often the best solution for your issue. Therefore, you are not required to return the item(s) to us, and you may keep the original items at your discretion.

We will take full responsibility within 45 days from order arrival, if the product(s) are:

Damaged, defective, or otherwise not functioning properly

Not what you ordered or not as in your Order Confirmation email

Lost or undelivered, provided the shipping address was accurate

You may choose to REPLACE the item or get a REFUND

The reasons listed below are not included in our Refund and Replacement policy. We understand you may feel disappointed, but we are not liable for these issues:

  • Requests for refunds made after 45 days from the product delivery date.
  • Personal reasons, such as change of mind or no longer wanting the item, which can be addressed during shipping or after delivery.
  • Products damaged due to improper use.

REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE

In the following cases, we are pleased to offer a replacement for just a small fee compared to the original price:

  • You received the wrong item, design, or size due to incorrect customization inputs.
  • Your shipping address was returned and destroyed because of an incorrect address input.
