All items offered on Zinfast are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print each item just for you, one at a time, to ensure the best quality!

Shipping Information:

  1. Estimated delivery time: 7-22 business days for standard shipping within the U.S.
  2. Shipping cost: Flat rate, and orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
  3. Shipping carriers: USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, Local Post…

Please note:

  1. The time frame mentioned above applies only to orders shipped within the US using standard shipping methods.
  2. Delivery to military regions is currently limited, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  3. While the majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the specified time frame, please note that this period is approximate and may vary for individual cases. Some items or orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time.
  4. Please be aware that large orders (such as Canvas and Posters) cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies do not apply to these orders.
  5. When your order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you try to track your package and no information is available, it simply means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Once the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.

If your package is past the estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure you provide the correct address at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse to request forwarding or redirection, we cannot be held accountable for any parcels that get lost, stolen, or damaged.
